We are Sorry to inform you all of the passing of Bill Smiles, a true gentleman of the village.
After a long illness Bill has spent the last few months living down south with all the support and help he needed from his son-in-law and grandson.
Bill passed away in his sleep at a local hospital but those who spoke with him on the phone in his last few days will tell you how positive he was and how determined he was to live life to the full.
Finally reunited with his beloved wife Helen he will be remembered long into the future
